Prior to departure from Hospital the following arrangements will be made.

• The Nurses will either change dressings or make local arrangements for this. 
• You will be seen by a Physiotherapist on the day of operation or prior to discharge. Physiotherapy can be arranged locally if required.
• Suture removal or trimming will be planned.
• Follow up out patient arrangements will be organised with you by phone by Mr. Harpers’ secretary.
• Your operative findings will be discussed.
•  Any work certificates will be issued.
•  Post operative analgesia will be prescribed.
