Surgical Operations;

• These are based on the Codes recently produced by the Major Insurance Companies. The actual costs and any possible excess on the surgical fees can be discussed with Mr. Harper's secretary.
• The costs (fixed priced quotes) for non insured self funding patients¹ will be sent in writing by the Care management team of the hospital concerned.

Injections;

• Large volume subacromial injections administered in the clinic (including consumables) : £96

1. Fixed Price Surgery;  This is available to self funding Patients. It includes all surgical, hospital and anaesthetic costs, the first post-operative visit and physiotherapy (in BUPA Portsmouth only). A quote can be arranged by ringing Care Management  at Spire Portsmouth with the appropiate Surgical code on 02392-456000.
